The chef prepares international and local cuisine from the ancient culinary tradition of Elba.
The kitchen, one of the best service of the hotel offers daily dishes from the traditional cuisine of the island, which includes fish dishes, as well as local vegetables and fruits. The royal court of the seafood is always the fish soup (Cacciucco), but also the grilled fresh fish is a popular dish among the guests.
The chef places particular attention on local products, ranging from seasonal fruit and vegetables to fresh fish.
Special attention is given to children and people with food allergies. You will find on the menu variations that are tailored to your needs.
Lunch is served from 13:00 clock. We offer every day a menu with the choice of three first courses, three second courses, and two side dishes.
Dinner is served from 19:30 clock. We offer every day a menu with the choice of four first courses, 4 first second courses and a rich buffet with vegetables.
In all menus, the first courses, and in the second courses, we always offer one dish based on fish.
